Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are designed to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and Albumbuddy (hereinafter referred to as "Service") in relation to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all services provided by Albumbuddy.
- "User" refers to any customer who uses the Service according to these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a User who has registered by providing personal information and has ongoing access to the Service.
- "Non-Member" refers to a User who uses the Service without registering as a Member.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms will be posted on the Service's homepage or provided through other methods to inform Users.
- The Service may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws.
- If the Service amends these Terms, it will notify Users of the changes and the effective date by posting them alongside the current Terms.
- Users who do not agree with the amended Terms may terminate their membership and stop using the Service.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)
- The Service provides the following services:
- Providing artist-specific album information
- Payment processing services
- Delivery agency and related services (consolidation, repackaging, inclusion-only delivery, etc.)
- The Service may modify the services provided due to operational or technical requirements.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
- The Service may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:
- System maintenance, inspection, replacement, or other technical reasons
- When telecommunication services are interrupted by a telecommunications service provider as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act
- The Service is not liable for damages arising from the temporary interruption of service due to reasons mentioned above.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
- Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
